Our Vue.js exploration had already led us to study Electron in the past, but we had never been to the point of building a complete application with it. The reason always seems to be about people expecting a “real” web application rather than a rich stand-lone clone.
Anyway, we started a new project (see above the early version built in only 2 days) with Electron and this time the idea of having the application locally seems to have grown. I guess quoting VsCode and Slack as references using Electron has helped a little.
